Lokfix E75 is a two-component Epoxy anchoring material, supplied in 3:1 ratio side-by-side cartridges with a static mixer nozzle. When applied it sets and cures to firmly se-cure a variety of steel fixings into concrete and solid ma-sonry substrates.

CICO NSPGC is specially formulated nonshrink polymeric compound for injection cement grouting. It is a free flowing powder for addition to neat cement-water milk. During the setting period of the grout it produces controlled expansion to compensate the normal plastic shrinkage of cement. This ensures complete filling of voids and prevent formation of porous sections. Due to its surface active property and volume increase during reaction, even the smallest cracks and pores can be impregnated CICO NSPGC is used as an admixture for injection grouting to effectively waterproof and stop leaks in underground structures, basements, tunnels, lift-wells, retaining walls, dams, water reservoirs, pressure ducts and other water retaining structures. It is also recommended for grouting prestressed members and wherever a nonsettling, non-bleeding, expanding grout is required.

Application In case of application by injection method, the grout mixture should be pumped by a positive displacement plunger type pump. Inject at slow and even pressure through the injecting nipples till refusal or when the grout oozes out from the nipple immediately adjacent to or above the one being injected. The mixed material can also be applied by simple pouring the material through the pockets or repairable cracks or both the surfaces to be joined. The excess material must be removed with a sharp scraper or concrete finishing tools to a smooth and flat finish. In case of application (as concrete sealer) by brush or roller, the mixed mixture should be painted (by a brush or roller) for minimum two coats. The second coat of painting will be done after proper air curing of first coat. Preferably it should be done after 8 hours of application of first coat.
