Polymer Grout Admix designed for use with LATICRETE® 500/600 Series Grout, in place of water to provide a dense, colour fast grout joint that inhibits stain causing bacteria, mold and mildew growth with Microban®.
Stir or shake LATICRETE® 1776 Grout Admix Plus thoroughly before use. Add LATICRETE® Sanded Grout (500 Series) or LATICRETE® Unsanded Grout (600 Series) powder to proper amount of LATICRETE® 1776 Grout Admix Plus and mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer (<300 RPM) to a smooth, stiff consistency. Dampen tile surface with water. Spread with a sharp, firm rubber grout float. Work the grout into the joints until completely filled. Use diagonal strokes to pack the joints. Insure that joint is filled and grout is not just sitting on top (i.e. “bridging the joint”).
